About DTS

Dimensional Training encompasses a range of multi-dimensional movements designed to take advantage of the body’s nature mechanics. Often overlooked by more linear and repetitive workouts, Dimensional Training addresses the entire body and builds toward more holistic athleticism.

How IT Works

Our signature format employs a 20/40 structure where we spend the first 20 minutes working on form and range of movement. This is followed by 40 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that builds stamina and fatigues targeted muscle groups, thus stimulating strengthening over time.

Why It Works

By focusing on proper movement first, we not only reinforce the importance of proper form, but also strengthen often neglected joints and muscle groups. This not only yields a more effective workout during the high intensity phase, but also increases range of motion and reduces the likelihood of injury.
