We offer a free 7 day trial where we encourage you to take as many classes in a 7 day consecutive period.  This can be purchase through our app or Mindbody.

There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation 6 hours prior to  your scheduled class. If you cancel within the 6 hour window of your scheduled class you will forfeit your class credit if you have a class package or be subject to a $15 charge.  Please cancel the class online, via our app.

In Garden City we are open Monday – Thursday from 5am-8pm, Fridays 5am-6:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am-Noon.

In Long Beach we are open Monday -Thursday from 5am-7pm, Fridays 5am-11am and Saturdays from 8am-10am

Monthly Unlimited memberships are set up to automatically bill you each month.  If you purchase a class package you will not be automatically renewed, you will have the option to repurchase again when your sessions have been used.

Unlimited memberships allow clients to take as many classes as they may like.  All members are also encouraged to take advantage of a FREE assessment that we offer.

During a 30 min Movement Screen with one of our specialists we will assess your strengths and weaknesses and help you determine your goals.  The information gathered will help us determine which classes may be best for you or if personal training is where you should begin.  Please come dressed in comfortable fitness attire.

Memberships purchase are for individual locations and cannot be transferred.  However, if you have an unlimited membership to one location you may upgrade for a $50 uncharge per month for a second location.

Our drop in rate is $30 per class. And we offer packages of 10 classes for $250 and 20 classes for $440.  Please call for membership rates.
