Cancellation Policy
There is no charge to your account if you cancel a reservation 6 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel within the 6 hour window of your scheduled class you will forfeit your class credit if you have a class package or be subject to a $15 charge. Please cancel the class online, via our app.
Wait List Policy
If you are unable to get in a class you desire because it is fully booked, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. You must purchase a class package before you can reserve a waitlist spot. If you don’t receive a spot in your desired class, a class credit will remain in your account for future use.
Please Be Prompt
Please arrive 5 minutes before each class and 10 minutes early for your first class to get acquainted with DTS. If you are running late, please call the studio to let us know. If you are running late and we have not heard from you by the start of class, any waitlisted clients or drop-ins who are physically present may take your place in class.
Secure Your Personal Belongings
Please put your bags and other personal belongings in the cubbies located inside the studio. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.
No Phoning, No Texting
Focus and High Intensity Training go hand in hand. Use of mobile devices is not permitted inside the fitness studio as this will take away from your workout and will be a distraction to others.
Drinks, Retail Items and Other Items
We are concerned that you keep yourself hydrated during classes. We offer a variety of beverages in the refrigerator located in the front of the studio. Please place cash in the safe that is attached to the refrigerator for ALL beverages. For other retail purchases, i.e. kqool Apparel, please see a team member. Forget something? No problem, we have a variety of toiletries and hair-ties in our restrooms.
Germs? No thanks!
Good hygiene is important! If you are sick, please don’t schedule a class. Please do not bring your sick child to wait for you in the reception area. Purchase and Refund Policy
Classes and trainer assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. Single classes and 10 class packages expire 3 months from date of purchase. 20 class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Monthly unlimited packages expire 31 days from date of activation. Monthly unlimited packages are activated at the time of the first class attended as part of that package. For health and safety reasons, all unlimited packages are limited to 2 classes per day.
Age Restriction
To be eligible for regular Dimensional classes you must be 16 years or older. For our younger fitness enthusiasts, you must be 10 to partake in our specialized youth classes. All children must have a parent sign our waiver prior to taking any class.
Waiver and Release Policy
By signing up for a DTS class, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of intense physical exercise. DTS/Carve It strongly recommends that you consult with your physician prior to commencing any classes. You understand that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. You assume all risk for your health and well being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages Dimensional Training Studios LLC and all its wholly owned subsidiaries, its trainers, members and employees. You acknowledge that your agreement to this release applies to each time you visit DTS. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well being, and that of any minor under your care, and fully release Dimensional Training Studios LLC and all its wholly owned subsidiaries from all liability.
